Appalachian Cast Products currently has 11 die cast machines in production that produce a variety of castings of various sizes. These machines consist of the following:

Machining
ACP can provide a variety of after cast machining capabilities such as drilling, tapping, and milling. Also we have access to more complicated machining process as required.

Finishing
Various processes needed to complete your requirements such powder coating, ultrasonic washing, vibratory debur, and impregnation are available.

Inspection
ACP has the ability to meet all inspection requirements from incoming material analysis to final inspection. Whether inspection by coordinate measuring machine (CMM), optical comparator, or other, we possess all the equipment to ensure your quality needs are met.

Maintenance and Rebuilding
The man who best knows a piece of equipment, is the man who has assembled that piece of equipment from the ground up. With this in mind, we utilize the rebuilding process on die casting machines to teach our maintenance personnel what it takes to assure that these machines are consistently ready to efficiently produce high quality castings.
With extensive experience in rebuilding, repair, and preventive maintenance on all types of machinery associated with the die casting industry, we can assure that machine up-time is optimized. Without the ability to repair machines quickly and correctly, a die casting plant cannot be efficient.
